Brussels airport closed for fear of terror attack and power failure

The Brussels International airport of Zaventem airport is operational again after a major alert on Thursday morning. A huge power outage occurred at dawn, bringing about fears of a new terrorist attack. The airport has been paralysed by an electrical outage of unknown origin. Delays are still to be expected throughout the day. The problems occurred shortly before 5am. Three hours later, some 300 people were still waiting to enter the departure hall.
