RwandAir starts ops from India with Mumbai-Kigali flight

African nation Rwanda's flag carrier RwandAir today commenced its services from India with a direct flight from here to capital city Kigali. RwandAir will operate flight services on the Mumbai-Kigali-Mumbai sector four times a week with a Boeing 737-800 aircraft in two cabin class - business and economy - a release said today. The Government had in February approved signing of an Air Services Agreement (ASA) between India and Rwanda to allow the airlines of the two countries to operate services in each others territory.
